Although I suggest Specialty Z, since you want someone else to take a look at the Z since you are having issues passing smog, contact member DaveN and he might be able to help you. Look up his screen name in the member directory and send him an e-mail. Depending on his schedule he might be able to help you out. He does great work and knows everything that there is about the Z32.
